1. General Quoting Relationship

2. Suppliers Improved Performance Program (our primary / premier partnership program)

   1. Approved cage/part numbers on file with DLA

3. Manufacturing Partnership Program (MPP)

   1. Build-to-print items with the DLA

4. Mil Spec Packaging / Toll Packaging

   1. WCAT will toll package for vendors as it makes sense to open doors for other types of relationships.

 

Typically, the process starts as a General Quoting Relationship and then transition to either a Manufacturing Improved Performance Program (MIPP) Relationship or a Manufacturing Partnership Program (MPP) Relationship.

 

CONTRACT TYPE DETERMINES PARTNERING PATH:

 

1. COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF ITEMS:

   • Approved products where the Partner Manufacturer’s CAGE/PN combination is referenced on the Government Solicitation.

   • WCAT represents the APPROVED MANUFACTURER and bids on the solicitation.

   • We provide efficient monetary worth services that remove costs from the distribution and provide the best overall value solution.

   • Suppliers with off the shelf tems are eligible for MANUFACTURING PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (MPP) 

2. MANUFACTURED-TO-PRINT ITEMS (GOVERNMENT DRAWINGS):

   • MANUFACTURES without approved off the self items are candidates for our MANUFACTURING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (MPP)

   • WCAT will automatically send Manufactures all of their historical items.

   • WCAT also will target items that fall within the manufacturing capabilities.

   • Finally as a MPP Contractor, MANUFACTURERS will also be given first opportunity on MILLIONS of DOLLARS of outsourced projects by WCAT
