   • Approved products where the MANUFACTURER’SCAGE/PN combination is referenced on the Government Solicitation.

   • WCAT represents the APPROVED MANUFACTURER to bid the solicitation.

   • MANUFACTURER’S with ON HAND ITEMS  are eligible for MANUFACTURING IMPROVED PERFORMANCE PROGRAM (MIPP) 

2. MANUFACTURED-TO-PRINT ITEMS (GOVERNMENT DRAWINGS):

   • MANUFACTURER’S without approved off the self items are candidates for our MANUFACTURING PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM (MPP)

   • WCAT will automatically send Manufactures all of their historical items.

   • WCAT also will target items that fall within the manufacturing capabilities.

   • Finally as a MPP Contractor, MANUFACTURER’S will also be given first opportunity on MILLIONS of DOLLARS of outsourced projects by WCAT

 

The source of providing product determines your partnering goal. Contracts can be either one time purchases (short term) or up to five years in length (long term).
