Inspection / Verification checklist

Once the spare has been received, the box it has been shipped in is inspected for any damages.

Once the box has been inspected, the packing slip is verified with proper part number and NSN number.

The spare is inspected for any lose parts, bends, dents, discolorations or any sign of aging.

The spare is then compared to the tech docs available from the master solicitation and/or drawings & descriptions.

The spare is also compared with the picture we have on file from the supplier to guarantee we have received the appropriate ordered.

We verify all certifications and quality control documents to ensure all spares have pasted safety and quality control measure according to the latest government requirements for the specific item.

Once those measures have been met, we make copies of all documents for our records and take pictures of the spare we are shipping to our warfighters.

We secure the award and supplier information for 7 years
